How can I apply for a job?

Our application process is simple: Just click on “Apply,” upload your CV and cover letter, and fill out the required fields. In just two clicks, your documents will be submitted, and then it’s time to wait. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

Our recruiting process is designed to be efficient and candidate-friendly, consisting of three steps:

  1. Initial interview with HR – to get to know you better.
  2. Interview with the hiring manager – to dive deeper into your skills and experience.
  3. Offer discussion – where we talk about joining our team.

After receiving your application, we aim to invite you to the first interview within two weeks. If everything goes well, we’ll schedule the second interview at the earliest opportunity.

We are committed to providing feedback as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us anytime to inquire about the current status.

Before you start, we’ll make sure you get all the necessary hardware so you can hit the ground running. During your first weeks, you’ll be welcomed by both your manager/team lead and the HR team, with two onboarding sessions to get you settled in.

Your team lead will focus on helping you get up to speed with the technical skills you need, while HR will give you a comprehensive overview of the company and our culture. You’ll also have the chance to meet your team members and key colleagues across different departments to build connections and learn how we all work together. We’re here to support you every step of the way!

Of course, we also offer positions for interns and working students. Rest assured, they will not just be making coffee or sorting documents. Here, they are treated as valuable team members and will be challenged and supported just like full-time employees – as long as they’re ready for it. We believe in giving real responsibilities and opportunities for growth to everyone who joins us.

Even if we don’t have any open positions, we warmly encourage students to send us initiative applications. We’re always happy to work with dedicated student assistants.

Working from home offers many advantages. You’ll receive all the necessary hardware to set up your workspace at home, ensuring you have everything you need. Meetings will be held virtually, allowing you to work from anywhere. Of course, you also have the option to come into the office whenever you prefer
