YOUR CHALLENGES:

By supporting various marketing projects and account management activities, you help actively shape the marketing department

You easily create documents and presentations in both German and English and are able to clearly convey complex content

You take responsibility for recording minutes in various meetings, capturing important discussions and decisions

You professionally plan, conduct, and support webinars — from preparation to follow-up

You are responsible for the continuous maintenance of HubSpot to optimize marketing automation

You assist in the planning and organization of events with customers and partners, contributing to their smooth and successful execution

Numbers are your world – you create precise reports, analyze data, and have a strong sense for relevant KPIs
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

You are studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on Marketing

You have already gained initial practical experience in the marketing field and with the tool HubSpot
-
Structure, motivation, and proactivity are very important to you
-
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability are among your key strengths

You speak both English and German fluently
-
Ideally, you are available two to three days per week (15 to 20 hours, and more during semester breaks)
