Trainings
By default, our instruction courses take place online. Teachers and participants meet on our learning platform or in a virtual seminar room. Each session lasts 2 to 4 hours. If you prefer, we can also plan traditional offline instruction courses at our premises or at your location.

Our self-paced Standard Training – Data Steward Essentials and Data Steward Advanced – builds a rock-solid MDM & PIM foundation and covers all core system features. This includes search, data and asset editing, dictionary, collaboration, personalisation, configuration, monitoring, export, and import. Live specialist sessions with our experts then go beyond these core skills, covering topics tailored to your specific roles and project.
Data Steward Essentials is designed for newcomers to EPIM: it requires no prior knowledge and serves as an introduction to using the system. Data Steward Advanced then targets more experienced users, who are responsible for configuring and running EPIM day to day.
It depends on the course type. Data Steward Essentials and Data Steward Advanced are self-paced online programmes: you work through the content asynchronously on our learning platform, with a trainer giving feedback on your exercises and answering questions, usually within one business day. Course length varies – Essentials takes around 10 hours, spread over one to two weeks. Live specialist sessions with our experts run for two to four hours, either online in a virtual seminar room or on-site.
Data Steward Essentials takes around 10 hours, spread over one to two weeks, worked at your own pace. Live specialist sessions run 2–4 hours per session, scheduled around your project timeline.
Pricing depends on the course type and the size of your team. Self-paced Standard Training courses are priced per participant / per seat, while live specialist sessions are scoped to your project and quoted individually based on the number of sessions and participants involved. Yes - participants who complete Data Steward Essentials or Data Steward Advanced receive a certificate of completion. This confirms they've built the core EPIM skills needed for their role, and can be used internally to track team readiness ahead of go-live.

Ideally before go-live, so teams are ready from day one. Our role-based MDM & PIM training courses also support relaunches and rollouts, helping teams build or refresh the skills needed at any stage of the EPIM lifecycle. Regular refresher training helps keep your skills sharp.
