YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Contributing to HR projects
Whether it’s new selection procedures, retrospectives, or process improvements – you contribute your own ideas and implement them together with the team. - Data & analytics
You work with HR metrics, reports, and internal surveys – including analysis and interpretation of the results. - Data protection & awareness
You support internal initiatives related to data protection and IT security, such as the implementation of a phishing simulation tool. - International meeting coordination
You help organize and support international team meetings – including hosting, preparing presentations, coordinating communication beforehand, and taking minutes of discussions and decisions. - Supporting people development
You help implement initiatives focused on employee retention, talent development, and internal training opportunities.
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- The right academic background
You are studying business administration, business psychology, social sciences or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on HR. - Initial HR experience
You have already gained some practical experience in the HR field. - Structured and self-driven mindset
You work independently, think proactively, and keep an eye on priorities. - Strong communication skills
You are a clear and empathetic communicator, stay flexible, and keep track of things even in dynamic situations. - Confident in two languages
You have strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English – both are regularly needed in our international environment. - Time for us – and yourself
Ideally, you are available two to three days per week (15 to 20 hours) and can work more during semester breaks if desired. - Work where you feel comfortable
Your workplace is located at our office in Ettlingen near Karlsruhe – either on-site or in a hybrid setup.
