YOUR CHALLENGES

  • HR with a vision
    You lead our HR department and actively drive its continuous development – both strategically and operationally. You act as a trusted advisor to the executive management and leadership team on all HR-related matters.
  • Strategy, transformation and culture
    Whether it’s organizational transformation, change projects, or strategic HR initiatives – you develop and manage company-wide programs that have real impact, from talent management and performance systems to employer branding.
  • Development with a global reach
    You design and implement talent development programs that empower our employees worldwide – tailored, practical, and future-oriented.
  • HR-Excellence in day-to-day operations – hands-on and solution-oriented
    You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee retention. You keep a firm grip on contracts, references, HR systems, and relevant KPIs.
  • Modern, data-driven HR work
    You further develop our HR systems – from automated processes to the creation of relevant KPIs and reports that provide real added value.
  • Compliance that works
    You ensure all data protection and compliance requirements are met and serve as the first point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.

 

STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid HR experience
    You hold a degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification, and have several years of experience in a generalist HR role – ideally including leadership experience.
  • Strategic thinking is in your DNA
    You have a strong background in strategic HR while always keeping the practical implementation in mind. Experience in communication strategies, organizational development, and team building is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
    You communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically – whether with employees, managers, or executive leadership.
  • Initiative and organizational talent
    You work proactively, are highly self-motivated, and know how to execute both strategic concepts and operational tasks with confidence. You keep an overview and ensure efficient processes.
  • Organization comes naturally to you
    You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, set the right priorities, and stay focused even in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical & service-oriented
    You work analytically and with a strong service mindset, and you enjoy collaborating in agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills
    Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential for this role.
