YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Holistic Recruiting
You will manage the entire application process – from job posting and coordination to the selection of suitable candidates and the planning of a structured and appreciative onboarding.
  • Active Sourcing
You will use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to actively identify suitable talent and draw attention to our open positions.
  • Participation in HR Projects
Whether it’s new selection procedures, retrospectives, or process optimizations – you’ll contribute your own ideas and implement them together with the team.
  • Data & Analytics
HR metrics, reporting, and internal surveys are also part of your responsibilities, including evaluation and interpretation.
  • Employer Branding & Communication
You will support the expansion of our employer brand, help design content for our careers page, and create presentations – in both German and English.
  • Data Protection & Awareness
You will accompany internal initiatives around data protection and IT security, such as the introduction of a phishing simulation tool.
  • International Meeting Organization
You will support international team meetings both in terms of content and organization – including hosting, creating presentations, pre-meeting communication, and recording discussions and decisions.
