YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Actively shaping recruiting processes
    You independently create job postings, coordinate directly with the respective departments, and manage the entire interview process – actively contributing to the successful hiring of new team members.

  • Active sourcing
    You identify suitable candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and Workwise, reach out to them directly, and spark their interest in our open positions.

  • Contributing to onboarding
    You support the planning and organization of a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new colleagues.

  • Supporting people development
    You help implement initiatives for employee retention, talent development, and internal training programs.

  • Optimization and new ideas
    You bring in your own ideas to further develop and improve our recruiting and people development processes.

 

STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The right academic background
    You are studying business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on HR.

  • Hands-on HR experience
    You already have some initial practical experience in the field of human resources.

  • Structured and self-driven approach
    You think proactively, set the right priorities, and work independently and reliably.

  • Strong communication skills
    You communicate clearly and empathetically, are flexible, and keep a cool head in dynamic situations.

  • Bilingual mindset
    You have a strong command of both German and English – spoken and written – and can use both confidently in our international work environment.

  • Time for us – and yourself
    Ideally, you’re available 2–3 days per week (15 to 20 hours) – and more during semester breaks, if desired.

  • Work where you feel most comfortable
    You can work flexibly from anywhere in Southern Germany, as the position is predominantly remote.
