YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Identify and win strategic key accounts while uncovering new business opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships and maintain a valuable network with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Showcase our software solutions and services in a way that truly resonates with potential customers, addressing their needs with the perfect fit.
  • Navigate complex purchasing processes with confidence, drawing on your enterprise sales expertise.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align precisely with each customer’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Negotiate contracts thoughtfully, ensuring agreements that create value for all parties.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, presales, product development, and external partners to continuously refine our offerings and deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Use modern CRM tools to keep track of sales activities and key performance indicators, ensuring a structured and results-driven approach.

 

STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A successfully completed Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in business administration, a technical field, or a related discipline forms the foundation of your expertise.
  • At least three years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing deals, ideally with global software providers.
  • Confidently engaging with decision-makers and excelling in complex, multi-stage sales processes.
  • Strong industry knowledge and awareness of market trends enable you to consistently deliver real value to your customers.
  • A highly analytical mindset combined with a goal-oriented and self-assured working style.
  • Your network continues to grow because you understand the value of relationships and are always eager to make new connections.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to engage effectively and persuasively with international customers and partners.
  • Ideally based in southern Germany with a willingness to travel within the DACH region to strengthen relationships through in-person meetings and explore new business opportunities.
