YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Through your support in various HR projects, you help to actively shape the HR area
- You are comfortable creating documents and presentations in German and English and can present complex content in an understandable way
- You take responsibility for taking minutes in various meetings, including management meetings, and record important discussions and decisions
- You plan, hold and accompany webinars professionally – from preparation to follow-up
- You take over the continuous maintenance of Hubspot to optimize marketing automation
- You support the planning and organization of events with customers and partners and help to ensure that they are implemented successfully and smoothly.
- Numbers are your world – you create precise reports, analyze data and have a good sense for relevant KPIs
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently studying business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on HR/marketing
- Practical experience in HR/marketing has already been gained
- Structure, motivation, and proactivity are key strengths
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability are part of your skill set.
- Fluent in both English and German
- Ideally available two to three days a week (15 to 20 hours, with more hours during the semester break)
