YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Organizing and moderating webinars
From planning and text creation to invitations, execution, and follow-up – you support the implementation of exciting online formats and even take part live. - Co-designing events
Whether internal or external, you don’t just contribute but also independently take on tasks such as developing event concepts, organizing locations, invitations, and scheduling, and actively support on-site execution. - Creating creative promotional materials
Flyers, giveaways, or presentations – with an eye for design and a feel for target audiences, you support the creation and editing of our marketing materials. - Keeping an eye on promotional items & goodies
You take care of planning, designing, and coordinating our promotional items – from researching materials, designing and requesting quotes, to delivery and inventory maintenance. - Communicating our brand externally
Through creative texts, appealing visuals, and maintaining website and social media content, you help make our brand visible and vibrant. - Supporting day-to-day operations
Regular tasks like editing presentations or maintaining data in HubSpot are also part of the job, giving you valuable insight into operational marketing.
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Field of study relevant to the role
You are studying in the field of business, communications, media, or a similar area – ideally with a focus on marketing. - Confident use of tools
You’re comfortable with MS Office and ideally already have some experience with Adobe Illustrator. - CRM knowledge or willingness to learn
You already have some experience with HubSpot or are motivated to learn how to use it. - Technical interest
An interest in software, digital products, and systems such as PIM/MDM (e.g., EPIM) is welcome – we value openness to new tools and technologies. - Organizational talent with a creative touch
You love organizing, have a good sense for language and design, and can keep a clear head even in hectic phases. - Two languages, one voice
You’re fluent in both German and English, written and spoken – you’ll need both regularly in our international environment. - Your week is busy – but not too full
Ideally, you’re available two to three days a week (15–20 hours, and more during semester breaks if desired).
