Terms and Conditions – Roadshow 2026 VIP Competition
1. Organiser
The organiser of the competition is Viamedici Software GmbH, Hertzstraße 14, D-76275 Ettlingen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. Entry period
The competition runs from 2 April 2026 until 16 May 2026 at 11.59 pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to enter are individuals resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry.
The following are excluded from entry:
Employees of the organiser and their relatives
Individuals who use automated methods or scripts to enter
Entry is free of charge and is not conditional upon a purchase or any other form of consideration.
4. Entry
Entries to the competition must be submitted exclusively via the online form on the competition website. The following details are required for a valid entry:
First name and surname
Email address
Company
Preferred roadshow city
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries with identical or different details will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
The prize(s) is/are:
1 × VIP ticket for the 2026 Roadshow on the date and in the city of your choice
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits in kind. Any taxes or duties on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Selection of winners
At least 3 winners will be selected. The organiser reserves the right to increase the number of winners at its own discretion. Any increase in the number of winners will be solely for the benefit of the participants and will be determined prior to the draw.
The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the entry period has ended. The draw will take place on 18 May 2026.
The decision is final.
7. Notification and Prize Collection
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided when entering. Winners have 14 days to come forward and claim their prize. If a winner does not come forward within this period or declines the prize, an alternative winner will be selected.
8. Data Protection
The personal data collected in connection with the competition (name, email address, and any other details) will be processed solely for the purpose of running the competition. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest).
Once the competition has concluded and all prizes have been processed, the data of non-winners will be deleted. The data of winners will be stored in accordance with statutory retention obligations.

9. Disclaimer
The organiser shall not be liable for technical faults, transmission errors or other disruptions beyond its control.
The organiser is generally obliged to conduct the competition as announced. Any change, interruption or premature termination is only permissible if there is a valid reason beyond the organiser’s control. This includes, in particular:
Technical faults that demonstrably make proper conduct impossible
Mandatory legal or regulatory requirements
Force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics)
Arbitrary termination of the competition or termination for purely economic reasons is excluded. Should early termination be unavoidable, entries already received will be taken into account as far as possible and participants will be informed immediately.
10. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by German law. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition if there is suspicion of abuse, manipulation or a breach of these terms and conditions.
