What’s New in Print Visual 4.7 Through 4.11
In this webinar recording, Patrick Wagner from Viamedici presents the new features of Print Visual Releases 4.7 through 4.11. The focus is on a redesigned navigation, direct language switching with translation, and new InDesign data table assets. The webinar is aimed at users and administrators of Print Visual as well as anyone interested in it.
The recording walks you through all changes directly in the system. Projects, search, settings, and the project generator are now located in the main menu on the left, and an integrated tour guide explains the changes. With Selected language, you switch directly between the languages of a project and have missing translations created for a page, a chapter, or the entire project. InDesign data table assets display flag properties and images from EPIM, and cells automatically apply the paragraph style assigned in EPIM. When you select a frame, you see which attribute is placed and which InDesign library an InDesign asset comes from. The project generator automatically creates a complete project based on a template. To close, Patrick Wagner presents the redesign of the Visual plug-in.
The releases offer five key benefits:
- Faster orientation via the new main menu
- Multilingual projects maintained without detours
- Data from EPIM in InDesign data table assets without manual rework
- More context on placed attributes and InDesign libraries
- Less manual work through automatically generated projects
The recording is in German and includes subtitles and a transcript in German and English. Want to see the new features with your own data? Get in touch.
