YOUR CHALLENGES:
- You plan, organize, and technically prepare webinars using Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, or similar platforms.
- Host and moderate webinars to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Manage participant databases, registrations, and guest lists in HubSpot.
- Create invitation campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated follow-up workflows in HubSpot.
- Coordinate conferences, customer events, workshops, and hybrid events throughout the DACH region.
- Manage external vendors, including catering, venues, logistics, and audiovisual suppliers.
- Plan event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient budget control.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during live events.
- Create event materials such as invitations, agendas, handouts, and event signage.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the event lifecycle.
- Analyze KPIs, participant feedback, and event ROI to continuously improve future events.
- Support event promotion and document best practices to optimize internal processes.
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in event coordination, webinar management, or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Webex.
- Practical experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Automation, and participant management).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and self-driven working style.
- Creativity, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You communicate fluently in german and english
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region and to our office in Ettlingen.
- Experience with technical moderation and live event management.
- Basic knowledge of project management and process optimization.
- Experience with additional marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Passion for digital events and innovative event formats.
